Is there much to do if you are not a bike rider?
You can come out for the bands, beer garden, meals, etc. There is also a winery around the corner that you can visit if you like. You can camp even if you are not participating in the bike ride. For any questions concerning the non-cycling portion of the event, please check out the contact page for Cedar Hill: https://cedarhillmusic.com/contact-us/
They have music festivals and such at Cedar Hill all the time. If you like hanging out in a relaxing country atmosphere, enjoying some music, enjoying a campfire, maybe taking a walking or going fishing, walking down to the local winery, and so on – you could easily spend a whole weekend just on the property. There is a volleyball court, horseshoes, swimming in the pond, shower houses, etc.
You can camp or bring a trailer or RV, or stay at an area hotel and just spend the days & evenings at the site.
Subtracting out the music, meals, and beer garden, It would be a little like spending a weekend at a nice RV park or national park campground – except a lot nicer and less crowded than most RV parks I see around.
